A stunning report by USTR@ United States Trade Representatives. They deliver their views on Malaysian practice on the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as follows

Malaysia will remain on the Watch List in 2006 to monitor its efforts to improve it IPR regime. Malaysia made some significant improvements in IPR protection and enforcement this past year, but still has some serious deficiencies. IPR enforcement improvements during the past year have included: conducting raids against pirate optical disc production facilities; seizing pirate goods and machinery used to produce pirate materials; arresting IPR infringers; and revoking or declining to renew licences for pirate optical disc facilities…..

Hence…Those dudes from USTR also giving their juicy words as follows:

The United States appreciates these steps as well as the Government’s statements that it is in the process of establishing a specialized IP Court to more effectively handle civil and criminal copyright cases. The United States urges Malaysia to continue its enforcement efforts…..

What can i say…most of the copyright holder came about from U.S. be it a software, movie production , designs, conceptual infrastructure and etc…most of them…

But whatever it is, i believe that every local competent authority have putiing their butt to the edge !!!in trying to solve the piracy issues… Yet still in the watch list?? Hmmm Famous Malaysia huh…even our country neighbour (SINGAPORE) didn’t get a glimpse at all under this so called “Watch List”

But then again it all depends on every citizen to atleast contribute towards combating the pirated products….or else, this Intelectual Industry in Malaysia could fade out…busshhh!!

I’ve watch this movie with Alia last weekend, its awesome to see Japan sinking and funny to see the Japs are in panic!!

According to the Twitchfilm ;

The screenplay for Sinking of Japan was written by Masato Katô, based on the science-fiction books Nippon chinbotsu (ue) and Nippon chinbotsu (shita) by Sakyô Komatsu. (Shirô Moritani’s 1973 classic Submersion of Japan (Nippon chinbotsu) was likewise based on those books.)

And, according to Malaysian Movies Yahoo;

Based on a blockbuster 1973 novel by Sakyo Komatsu, it follows the horrible events that occur when it is revealed that the island nation of Japan is sinking into the ocean. Nice Movies….the effect taken is similar to those of Hollywood movies. We can see the Japs Movie Industries are at par with others….Malaysian Movies Industries…”Nowhere to Run”

Wow…Waja and Savvy got New looks eh!!!…picture taken from Motortrader . Who cares…penetrating the existing market is easy though. But the car emergely dissolve from people’s mind if it still remains poor in quality and after sales service support.

According to the report by motortrader journalist;

Publicly, they got another two model that would meet the end customer by end of this year….

Something to Remembered, Just came back from KLIA, today, my Office Mate @ my Office Roommate have just got his posting order to Sabah. Regards to him a lot…(Nik Mohd Azrul)I still remembered when he relocated to my room….i said why?…he said…i got an attitude problems with the old roommate, well i guess that he does not have any attitude problems with me though i usually have a very-very-very big mouth towards people..

As days goes by… what a predicament!!!, we both looks very excited moving along as a roommate. Although i always make fun and jokes towards him, he kept smiling and syinically replies with soft spoken answers…the special thing about this guy- MAT YO…as my dialog with him is : “Mung Gemuk Lo niH!!! ” He replied :” Yo Ko …Kawe Pung Kuat makey daging lembu gheban..tu hok gemok tuh, tapi mung gemuk jugok…..gemuk di pipi…..” i’ve stumbled with his repliess…hehehe.

Any way, he’s still bachelor , he always tell me that it is not worth to get married if you’re not getting a consent/ green light from your mama….”well, that’s why you’re still a bachelor till now” cause you’ve got to get a sort of noddy face from your mama to get married ….” i said….he replied ” well, my mama got some one to match with me though” there he goes without i’m knowing what was his next moves….what a mysterious guy…

I was submitted to the hospital on 19 January 2006. Here’s th Chronology;

6.00 am - I felt like going to pea in the toilet…have a quite significant aches on my back from hips to waist. And i’ve pea…my urines turns out tobe chocolatish in color. And my back aches pain goes on..

7.30 am - Couldn’t stand it anymore….take the keys…rush to my car and i drove straight to find a clinic in Putrajaya…hell !!l…could not find one…

Went on to Putrajaya Government Local Clinic …aisehh..got to que and take numbers…as my pain is getting worse …i rushed straight to the emergency department at the hospital Putrajaya.. I Arrived at the hopital there and said to the attendence ” Bang…tolong bang…sakit Buah Pinggang Sangat nih…aduhhssss” got pity by him and i was bought in to check my blood pressure, later on he gives me a card for registration. I went to register…pay RM 1.00 and wait…
15 minutes later@8.20am - A nurse called me…i said Yahooo (In My heart)… Got injected with pain killers i think…..feell dizzy and i fall a sleep.

9.30am - I woke up, my pain deteriorates a little..thank god!! I was asked by the hospital attendance whether i still suffering from my pain.. and put me on the wheel chair. We went to the X-Ray rooms.

10.30am - Got my urines tested….went back to emergency ward, fall asleep again. What a nice and cozy place to sleep….bestnyer..

12.00am - A doctor came to my bed, her name is Dr. Ilham who examined me. She said that i could have a kidneys stone symptoms and would advise me to drink a lot of water. From my X-Rays projections, she said that my kidney is ok …and maybe that i suffered from an early kidney stones symptom. She prescribed medicines for me to consume…and off i go…

12.30pm - My dear Alia is waiting for me….we went home together…
What is Kidney Stones Actually; i’ve dig up on the wikipedia…it says :

Kidney stones, also known as nephrolithiasis, urolithiasis or renal calculi, are solid concretions (crystal aggregations) of dissolved minerals in urine found inside the kidneys or ureters. They vary in size from as small as a grain of sand to as large as a grapefruit. Kidney stones typically leave the body in the urine stream; if they grow relatively large before passing (on the order of at least 2-3 millimeters), obstruction of a ureter and distention with urine can cause severe pain most commonly felt in the flank, lower abdomen and groin. Such pain, called renal colic, often comes in waves and can be particularly severe. Nausea is associated with this particular pain primarily due to the embyrological association of the kidneys and the intestinal tract. Recurrence rates are estimated at about 10% per year. Kidney stones are totally unrelated to gallstones.
